Welcome to our Website

The Yacht Club Estates Civic Association (YCECA) Web Site is designed to provide our
residents and visitors with
rapid and intuitive access to the information about both our
Neighborhood and our local community
from a single, convenient Internet resource.

entranceYacht Club Estates is a family-oriented St. Petersburg, FL waterfront neighborhood in the Western part of the City, on the Boca Ciega Bay section of the Intercoastal Waterway, situated between the Corey Causeway and Treasure Island Bridges.  Yacht Club Estates consists of 367 single family dwellings, of this total 95% are on waterfront lots. In our water oriented community almost all homes have docks and the majority of these have boats (either power or sail). Swimming, fishing and boating are favorite hobbies of residents.

See YCECA Event Calendar (in left column) for more detail on all events, including recurring events such as Boating Club and Book Club.

DO NOT place IRMA Storm Debris in Street!
It appears that some residents are placing their storm debris in the street for pickup by the City.  It is to be placed in your yard near the curb, NOT in the street.

Debris in the street is a hazard to drivers and dangerous to the storm drains.  I you have done this, please remove it from the street ASAP.

RESIDENT INFORMATION:  Marina Project proposed near YCE Waters
There is proposed project to build a large Marina across from YCE at the site of the Causeway Village Mobile Home Park. This Marina would extend almost 300 ft from the riprap seawall and have a width of close to 200 ft. It will be closest to 9th & 10th Ave S water. CLICK to view the EPA Document submitted to the State for this Marina Project. Next select the Google Satellite View of the impacted area. You can see on Page 16 the proximity of their property line to 9th Ave S. It also shows nearness of the line to the seagrass. Thus far there have been no public hearings on this project but one may be scheduled. The following is the Army Corp of Engineers, Jacksonville District, document Public Notice of the Project. YCECA as an organization takes no position on this matter but is providing this background information, so that residents can express their personal views through the avenues available.
